First opened as a butcher shop in Sobetsu, the restaurant serves favorites such as the local Japanese black “Oku Toya beef”, barbecue meat for campers at Lake Toya, fresh lamb meat with a secret handmade sauce, and traditional Genghis Khan (Mongolian barbeque).
