  4. Otaki ice stalagmites tour
    A guided tour to explore largest natural ice stalagmites cave in Japan! A mysterious phenomenon, the ice pillars called “nyoro-nyoro” are impressive!
  5. Roadside Station Aputa
    Enjoy the taste of winter! Eat some scallops here or try a variety of tasty scallop dishes like scallop curry and the exquisite sea urchin rice bowl.
  6. Toyoura Fishing Port
    The Uchiura bay fishing port is a “hot spot” in the cold winter.
    Stroll around, or join a guided tour to explore the port.
  7. Natural Hot Spring “Shiosai”
    Nothing beats a hot spring in the cold winter, especially with a great view of the bay of Uchiura-wan in front of you. After the relaxing bath, it is time for scallops!

  6. Toron no Yu
    The foot bath located by Lake Toya. The natural hot springs warm you up while you enjoy the scenery of Lake Toya in the snow.
  7. Orofure Ski Area
    You can’t just leave Hokkaido without trying some skiing and snowboarding! Go to the ski resort and have fun in the snow!
  8. Bankei Onsen
    After having fun in the snow, how about some hot springs? The beautiful snowy landscape and the soothing sound of Osaru River make for a relaxing time.

    How about some horse trekking! A new perspective on horseback gives you another overwhelming scenery of Lake Toya in winter.
