Bocca White Pudding
This custard is sealed inside of a small balloon. By popping the balloon, a pure white custard appears to spring out. You can buy them at Date’s Yomen Chaya Makiya store, the Tourist Product Center, or at Bikkuri Donkey locations within the Iburi area.
