Kanazawaya
A recommended udon shop that opened in May 2016. It is a simple shop run by the parents and their children, but here you can enjoy authentic Kanazawa udon. One peculiarity is that they use thick fried tofu from Nakatoya’s famous Watanabe Tofu Store.
